Default My haul from Asiatica :D
I got five plants this weekend from asiatica! but only one of them is mine i got the other four for Gramma M here on orchid board. she is really nice!

i also met a man named Bill Anderson. he is a member of the susquehanna orchid society. he invited me to the next meeting!!! he has a gh and has over 1000 plants!! he also invited me to come over sometime!! i cant wait!!

okay, for marilyn i got some really nice oriental cymbidiums and a neo.

i got for her cymbidium dayanum 'komatsu nishiki', cymbidium ensifolium misericors, cymbidium dayanum var. austro-japonicum, and neofinetia falcata 'setsu-zan'

and i got myself a neofinetia falcata 'setsu-zan'

both of our neos had three blooms and one bud. but this morning, the buds opened up! so there are four blooms on each.

Very nice haul !!! and lovely neos! mine is just starting to open it's buds. Have you "smelt" them yet? if you have @ what time of the day?

i HAVE smelt them! its really strong in the evening! in the afternoon its like a smooth vanilla with a hint of gardenia. and at night, its like gardenia with a bit of vanilla but still smooth and sugary!!

I've had a hint of a sniff.......... but my flowers are not fully opened yet.. I'm "watching" out. I should say "sniffing" ..

the cyms arent for me, they are for marilyn, but im sure she will post pics when they bloom.


i just found mealy bugs on my neos!!!! im going to demand a refund or exchange!!!! grrrrr >
