Thanks guys!!! And I have only had it for a year now. And when I looked the bark was holding way too much water! The top was dry while the center down was soaked.

Welcome to Orchid Board.

I always try and repot new orchids within 6months if not imediately I get them. You never know how old the medium is when you get it and it could be already really old and ready for replacement.

Great job on the mount, I've not tried Cattleya mounted but it looks like it should do well for you.
