Liquid seaweed fertilizer.

I just bought a liquid seaweed fertilizer with fish emulsion to use for my orchids. The label says the following:

N- 0.42 %
P - 0.23 %
K- 5.31%

Magnesium - 0.16 %
Calcium - 0.42 %

It also have some micro nutrients added.

The method of application in the label is 1 tbsp per gallon.
Am I using too low for my orchids or just enough?

I tend to use seaweed only as occasional aditive to inorganic fertilizers as in my experience it isn't strong enough and doesn't contain enough nitrogen. I mostly grow in bark mixes and water with rainwater so I make sure I fertilize regurarly with moderate 30-10-10 NPK formuation.
