Default Burnt phal leaves

Hello everyone,

What has to be done when phals leaves are burnt by sun? It's such a beautiful plant in bloom but my boyfriends mum left it in the sun-lounge and all leaves (except new baby leave) got burnt. We moved it to the different room and placed it by the window where is no direct sunlight. Please help!

Many thanks

I have a few that burnt before I got a thin curtain. The leaves are slight yellow and wrinkled, but the plants are doing fine.

Unfortunately sunburn is permanent damage. As the plant grows they will be sluffed off .

Just care for it as normal. As has been said above the damage is permenant but hopefully the plant will be able to carry on growing (you said the new leaf was OK) and eventually drop the damaged leaves.
