Hello, I'm a first time poster needing help with Rothchildum's leafs:

Hello I've been reading posts here for a while and recently my Rothchildum's leafs have been doing something weird, the older leafs look like the green color is draining out of the tips of the leafs. I've included a picture here:

If anyone has any idea whats happening please tell me.
