Miracle Gro Orchid Food? - Orchid Board

Hi
I've been looking for reviews on Miracle Gro Orchid Food and haven't found anything. I was hoping that perhaps someone has experience with Miracle Gro and orchids. I am weary to use it since the potting mix has had negative reviews.

there is also some info regarding target level for nitrogen.

I was looking at the website for this product - it's probably fine, tho I think I might use it more often than the directions recommend.

Miracle Grow developed their excellent reputation over the last 50 years on their fertilizer, not their potting mix.

Check the formula. Is it the NPK you're looking for? Check the lable for micronutrients. The more the better.

According to the label it is 30-10-10 id the NPK ratio.

I wonder if the N is urea based... They say for orchids it is better to use N that is not derived from urea.
