Been wanting to do this for a long time now and don't know how... can anyone link me or guide me through this?

the few keikis I have had, nobile den, and phal, once there were sufficient roots - I carefully twisted the keikis off the mother, and potted in small pots with fine orchid bark mix

I do the same as wabbit instead of cutting them off .
