eBay Seller Recommendations?

Incredible Orchids has been my eBay provided of chids for some time now, and I'm a huge fan, 12 healthy orchids thriving now, and sure there are more on the way. Shermantp is obviously great, and I'd recommend them as well. Another winner I've dealt with is eoOrchids. Stay away from Bill_Asia. I've dealt with once just to find out, and bare-rooted with a chance of life is not the way I like to keep orchids. Good luck to all.

Hi , I have purchased from a few vendors you have mentioned. Kawamoto orchids seems to be the best. Reid the owner is extremely committed in providing good customer service. I have also gotten plants from Shermap(?), he has nice plants and good prices. He is also very nice.
Bill of Asia and Royal orchid club are the same. They may have other names as well. I have had only negative experience with them. The worst customer service I have ever encounter on Ebay. Why Ebay keeps , I really don't know. Best of Luck.

For those of you who have problems with vendors on eBay: You can open a case to enter a complaint. Now, I'm not sure if you have to have paid using PayPal or not (I do use PayPal for everything I buy on eBay). I had one recent experience where I found it necessary to open a case and, believe you me, the vendor got busy and sent me my plant in a hurry! All I had to do in the other case was threaten to open a case. My refund was posted the next day.
These instances are rare for me. I usually get good plants and good service from the vendors I am willing to deal with.
