Don't use the high nitrogen fertilizer (Plant Prod) - that can give you vegetative growth instead of flowers. I've never understood, however, that's there a problem with urea nitrogen, though perhaps things are different for hydroponics. I'd go with the Schultz also, but the Dyna-Grow should be okay. I use 15-30-15, a pinch in two gallons of water with every watering except during the winter when I cut back.
Personally, I think that - with the exception of some true terrestrials - ALL orchid growing is hydroponic in nature, and that essentially all of the nutrition must come from the fertigation solutions we apply
The plants really get no nutrition from the potting medium; it is present for mechanical stability and moisture-holding. In order for the minimal amount of nutrient value to be released, the medium has to be decomposing, and if it gets that far, it'll become compact and suffocate the roots.
Plant Prod is a Canadian company that makes good fertilizer. I have used it for my orchids for over twenty years. However, I use the 20-20-20 formulation year round. I avoid formulations where one of the three numbers is significantly higher than the other two.
Urea is not a problem - new research has put that old saw to rest.
Dyna-Gro is also good fertilizer although it costs considerably more than Plan Prod and doesn't do a better job.
