If you go to repotme.com there is a video you can watch which shows you how to repot orchids. It's a really good video.

You can get a slew of info on firstrays.com

these websites have helped me a lot.

One thing I have learned, don't over water.

repotme.com also has amazing potting media i recomend you buy from there if you havent already

All the advice on repoting is good, and that video on repotme.com is worth watching. Just one note, you said 'bark soil'. It should not really be soil like, some orchid bark is already too broken down and I've almost killed healthy orchids that way. You need something which is definate piece of bark, the size/grade can vary, but it should not be too broken down.
