No, this doesn't look good. Didn't you have one like this a couple of weeks ago?
How are you growing these phals?

The Ionesco from before Is the same phal. But not the same part. The other flowers with the anther cap problem was a different spike. I grow it with some of my other phal normally. But when I saw the black stuff, I isolated it. Because I don't wan it to spread. It is is spaghnum moss. It get filtered light and I water it when it dries out

if you're really worried about it, you were right to isolate it. if it was me, I would cut off all of the affected flowers and re pot with completely fresh media, then see if the unaffected flowers develop it.
to me, it doesn't look like a fungus it looks like old flowers starting to die. or flowers that got water on them but i can't see it in person so i could be wrong.
sometimes if flowers get too cold they go brown...
are the leaves ok? are the roots ok? it seems strange that a fungus would only attack the flowers... are you sure it isn't bug damage?

It's not actually brown, it's black. It's not what It looks like when the flowers die. The roots and leaves are fine. Maybe I'll repot. Anybody know where to get spaghnum moss?

Aside from the good stuff at RepotMe, you can get some pretty decent sphagnum at Lowe's

Your flowers are not fungus but physically damaged from touching something hot like the wall.
It can also happen from too much sun. It can be ignored as it will not spread to other flowers or the plant. This happens quite often for those of us selling at outdoor shows.
