Sadly Joann, it's a noid. I bought it in a florist shop last week. It was $50 but it was so lovely I couldn't resist it.

The curtain rail isn't strong enough to hold a hanging basket but if you look at the 4th pic down up on the left you will see a tree fern mount with a Dockrillia hanging from it.
