Talking Some suggestions Please

I am considering buying an orchid for my brother.
He keeps his apartment cool year round and is limited for space.
Can anyone suggest an orchid that would work for him? Either fragrant or unique in shape.

Thanks

Dorothy

(I was considering a Cattleya Percivalliana. It would be fitting since he is quite the practical joker .. .. but I am not sure if it could survive the conditions in his apt. )

Cool, low light, small space? Paph or Phal. Just as long as you don't hang meat in the place.

But here is a suggestion... click on the black field anywhere when it appears.

Cool Hanging meat?

What is wrong with hanging meat?
( That didn't sound right)

Cute site ..
I didn't see any orchids there.

Dorothy

Are there any malodorous paphs or phrags?

Some bulbophyllums and Cirrhopetalums (sp?) have "interesting" odors, also I don't think they need that much light. The flowers also can be pretty weird looking. Then again a really warty -hairy Paph could fit the bill in terms of looks.
