It is a Den phal type hybrid. From what I understand, there are so many hybrids of this type, if it wasn't labeled there is no way to know for sure what the hybrid name is. Like the NOID Phals.
I have about 8 of these and they bloom for me in late summer. Beautiful flowers, can't wait to see the blooms it puts out this year!
