It's become part of my morning routine... I go around the house with a cup of coffee in one hand and a mister in the other and I give the orchid collection a bit of much needed humidity. Consequently, it gives me an excuse to enjoy the collection for a half hour in the morning and see how things are coming along. I've gone through a number of hand misters now that were simply not able to keep up with the daily use. I tend to prefer misters that produce a very fine mist - but I'm having trouble finding quality/durable products.
yes I would recommend a ZEP professional I get mine at home depo and the first one I bought is now 7 months old and works like new still .....adjustable from super fine to full stream.
I too and a chronic mister lol but with s/h its is not a problem. And now I have my first mount also so it gets used several times a day .
I water/spray my mounted plants every day and like you bemoan the quality of the various sprayers. I usually get a year or so out of them. I buy 2 or three at a time, so when one fails the backup is ready.
You can also save spray bottles like Shout or 409 and use those sprayers, but they don't last so long either.
