I've bought a handful of those Noid (no id) phals and I've found that inside the pretty pot there may be a plastic liner- if you can grab the plastic liner with tweezers or forceps, you may be able to slide it out, and then deal with the plastic pot. Alternatively, you could just break the glass pot- but careful that you don't cut yourself. It definitely looks like it's worth saving.
