Vanda Tokyo Blue

I bought a Vanda Tokyo Blue yesterday about 1.5 feet tall( From the base to the tip of the plant) The plant are very healthy with a lots of healthy roots too.

I think it's about 3 to 4 years based on the height of the plant, but doesn't bloom ever since. No old cut spike, but the leaves are continue growing.

What do you think is the problem, because i have a Vanda which is a foot tall and blooms every year.
