Root rot in S/H

I just got my PrimeAgra almost two weeks and been very excited to transfer some of my Phals into s/h.

After 6 days I am so happy to see new healthy roots are starting to grow, but on the other hand the old roots is beginning to rot which I understand is normal.

What should I do with those rotten roots? should I leave it alone since some new roots are growing? Or should I remove the rotten roots?

Does the rotten root inside the s/h pots is treat to the new healthy roots?

Just let the roots rot in place. They will hold it in the pot until the new roots take hold. Generally during this time I give my newly potted plants a fungicide like Physan 20.

Thank you Ted, Now I will leave my plants the way it is and wait till the roots stabilize.
