Zygo repotting question

I have a zygo Rhein Clown that I managed to bring back from the dead. I kept it in a spare bedroom which is an addition to our house and as it's own electric heat. In Dec. 2008 on one of the coldest nights the thermostat broke and when I went in the next morning the room was down to 39 degrees. Needless to say my zygo was not happy. It went from a beautiful plant to three little pbulbs with no viable roots but some life. I repotted in a little sphag, and after about a year and a half I think it might be ready for a real pot. I want to plant in a bark medium, my question is do you think it is ready or sould I wait for more roots? And if I repot I am assuming I should place the roots that are now outside the pot inside the bark mix? It was originally planted in a bark mix.

I think you can use a bigger pot now. But just be careful and possibly use some foam peanuts to fill up the empty spaces.

I don't know much about Zygos (trying to rescue one myself just now) but my instinct would be to repot, but as Philip has said, use something to pack out the pot so it does not stay wet too long.
