Pic 2:

No big deal. Sometimes it just gets a minor case of fungus. Some air circulation takes care of that easily.

No misting the leaves, btw. It causes water droplets to make the fungus more at home.

leave it...both of them....it is minor damage and nothing to shake your world......the milt/oncidium types get those spots frequently.....
