Just gorgeous! I did the same thing with my phal, although up here in Montreal, all I had to do was move it to a room this past winter where we had very minimal heating on. For a couple of weeks, every morning, I would move it back to an East facing window, and what do you know, it started its spike! The internet is a world of amazing information!

Beautiful Catt. and wonderful growing. Looks happy and healthy!

I hope my rescue Catt. will bloom for me some day. Original owner had purchased it 3 years ago at a orchid show and it hadn't done a thing except for 1/2 of it died back. Plant was given to me about 3 weeks ago. I repotted it and now it has 3 new little nubby growths along the bottom (not sure what they are as this is my first experience with a catt). But any growth is better then no growth!
