Ok, well the leaves are still alive which is good. Maybe try like i said bringing that specific catt to a 50% shaded area that gets maybe 2500 foot candles as catts seem to like upwards of 3000+- 5000. My plants have all adapted to direct sunlight for at least 8-10 hrs a day so eventually you can move your plant towards brighter light. Just make sure u have had it for a few weeks so that it can adjust to your culture/conditions and then once new growth starts while its in lower light, you can gradually set it by a sunny window with a sheer curtain over it. After that you can decide when you think it is ready for full sun. I have always kind of thrown my plants in the sun as it is rising so they got used to it fairly quickly. Mine never had reactions like that but as I said, you may need to give it time to adjust. eventually it will be out in full sun right next to all the others.

The leaves didn't make it. During the last two days they shriveled and died.
The plant is a BLC SHINFONG LUOHIANG "TEN-MU YELLOW" It was one of those baggy plants from lowes. it had been growing like crazy but had never flowered. I thought it hadn't flowered due to lack of light... apparently I was wrong.

Thank you for all your comments.

Just take it easy- give the plant some time to adjust to certain spot. I figured the leaves would die after seeing the pictures but I hoped for the best. It is ok to mess up and have leaves die- the plant overall is still doing ok. Just be much more aware of the plant from now on and if you decide to eventually move it to a bright spot, make sure you check the leaves through out the day to make sure they are not overly hot. I have been doing that with my plants and mist during the hottest (8am - 12pm) time frame as that is when leaves tend to burn quickly and severely. Try to occasionally mist during the day- especially now when the plant needs higher humidity but less actual water at the roots. Eventually, you will get even that blc adapted to direct sun and it will be fine. some of my plants have purple/red on the canes or p-bulbs but they eventually fade back or grow vigorously so do not worry. Once an orchid gets situated and starts growing, you would be shocked at what they survive.
I had a hybrid den miss thailand x udom sri and a catt walkeriana that got left out on a cold winter night in northwest florida and temps hit 30F in our area. It should have been enough to shock a young catt walker and kill any den hybrid, but both sat out all night and didn't even lose a leaf. I thought for sure they would be goners but the den hybrid bloomed with some giant flowers that spring, so you never can tell what they will do.

I've burned quite a few orchids myself trying to coax them to bloom
- and all have survived
It may be your plant is too young still to bloom ? - or, it may need more light - just increase light more slowly

It must be too young... cause it certainly isn't lack of light... I've had it for a little over a year.
I'll move it closer to the light slowly.
