Default Bugs in the bark

hey guys, what kind of bugs might take up residence in a bark medium for phals? I can't see them well enough to really tell what they look like but I can see them moving around down there. What do I need to do to get rid of them? Thanks in advance.

Possibly springtails. Any pesticide should do them in.

If they are springtails, they are silvery tiny little things and from what I have read on previous threads (someone please correct me if I am wrong) but it means that your bark needs to be changed as they like decaying material.

I would say springtails, a little test is blow on them if they ping off at high speed they're springtails, they did no harm for me, and i think they feed on rotting root matter so that's good, i got rid of mine when i repotted.
