Fairly new to orchids, need some info on hybrids

Hey Orchid Board!

First post here and I'm looking for a bit of information in a couple hybrids I've picked up recently. Odontobrassia Fangtastic "Bob Henley" and Colmanara Wildcat "Green Valley". Since both have p-bulbs, I would assume that they'd both prefer a watering rest after flowering? I have them both close to a large east-facing window that gets sunlight in the early morning and indirect bright light the rest of the day. Does that sound good for both? I'm fairly new to orchids outside of Phals, so any help or advice you have you be great! Here's a couple pics:

From my experience, I would say no rest is needed. Most of my plants in the oncidium alliance will go from flowering to starting new growths fairly quickly, within a month, if given sufficient light. If new roots and new leads have started, I continue to water and fertilize.

I've grown Fangtastic Bob Henley before. No need to give it a rest after flowering (in fact, mine began to put out leads about four weeks after flowering). This one is usually a spring or early summer bloomer, though the bloom time might depend on what area you're in.

I miss this plant. I lost it to sheer recklessness (I put it too close to the edge of the balcony railing and it blew off and hit the ground after a thunderstorm). The impact broke off every leaf. I tried putting the leafless bulbs back into the pot to see if new leads would re-sprout, but I guess the stress was too much for the plant.

Just a quick note that I have similar plants and several of them were grown in sphag from the grower. Maybe I just haven't got the knack for watering sphag, but the ones I didn't re-pot into bark all got that brown soft-rot in the bulbs and had to be composted. My input would be similar to others in that no water rest is needed, and add that I found it helpful to re-pot in appropriate size bark.
