Paph / Phrag Bloom Pix Male
Default Phil

David,

In response to your question about getting Phil to spike, I grow under wonderlite. I am very happy with results - it seems to bloom anything. Also, I dont mind turning the heat down at night in the winter.

My Masd's are on the floor, which they "told me" was the best place - cooler than the table I had them on and are growing and blooming great so far. I live in the mountains of NC, in something called the isothermal zone, so our year round avg is b/t 40-80 degrees. It cools way down every night, so we virtually never use air conditioning. Guess our temp range is one's most orchids like.
