As I stated in my intro, this is the orchid that I don't know what it is, there was no identifier tag on it, so here it is.

For what it's worth, Jeff, these tags have a numbering system used by Carmela's Orchids in Hawaii T4605 and T4539 don't seem to be available now as individual plants but are available as compots.

A "compot" is a collection of the same plant in one pot. It is the stage somewhere before the grower divides up the plants that have been transferred from flasks. Once they are removed from the flask they are gown in "community" pots or "plug trays" and moved up the ladder until they are large enough to grow in single pots and be sold to the retail market. So if you purchase a compot, you'll get anywhere from 10 to 25 small plants, all the same. Carmela's ( Orchid Growers - Hakalau, HI - Carmela Orchids) is one of many growers in Hawaii that sells plug trays and compots to the general public. I have had very positive purchasing experience with this vendor, especially if you get in on one of their sales!!!!! I purchased 10 4" Cattleya for $8.00 each and free S/H. They are by no means the only reliable vendor in Hawaii. I say this because my experience is limited at best.
