Ecuagenera is a pretty good source for orchids. You'll get blooming sized plants from them. When they attend orchid shows, you can bypass the CITES and phyto + import documentations. I believe they'll be in Europe soon.

If you're able to get plants locally, that's probably a better bet. You get to see what you're getting. You can be as selective as you want about the quality and size of the plants you're getting.
