Since you found it sitting in water I would again repot it even though it has flowers. I've repotted many blooming plants and have lost very few flower's because of it. The plant will do much better if remove it from the pink pot all together. As the roots like air and light. That big pink pot does not provide enough of either. That inner pot is what the grower use's to get them to thrive and put them in the large pot just to sell them. I've killed a few of these type's of orchids and found out the less it better. I also have been using the ice method on a couple of them and they are doing great. It allows the plant to get enough water at a slower rate without drowning them. I've even gone as far as making tray's of ice with fertilizer in it. Most people that are against the ice method have never tried it. I'm sure this will spark a big debate but it's my opinion and I hope it helps. Good Luck.
