So my hubby didn't have to work today, so decided we needed to totally rearrange the house. Ok, not TOTALLY but the spot I had my orchids in the east window is GONE. What do I do until I can get them settled into a new spot? One is in spike, and I've read that you should always orient the spike the same direction.

Also, the one in spike just came home from the greenhouse on Sunday. In what direction do I orient the spike if I only have window exposure? It had beautiful all around light from the greenhouse before (Waldors greenhouse).

Thanks in advance

Stephi

You're preaching to the choir, Matilda! Darn that weather-related day-off!!!

On a good note, he has created a space in which I can have 1 or 2 lights for a grow area.

Still, in my grow area, how do I orient the Sederea japonica with the spike after coming out of the greenhouse???
