I'll add one more thing that I feel hasn't been addressed yet...

I recommend turning the Phal around so that the crown of the plant is facing the window.

If you continue growing the plant with the crown facing your computer, the plant will decide to form it's new leaves in the direction of the light source. Your plant will begin to grow in way that makes it twist.

Unless that's the look you want, again, I recommend you face the crown towards the window. Otherwise, the Phal will behave in a manner that will surprise you and you will have to ask another set of questions trying to figure out what the problem is, when it's just a matter of how you're positioning the plant.

Okay, I will turn the orchid so that its crown is facing the window.

Also, it seems to be doing better since I have been watering it more frequently. Hopefully this will continue to be the case.
