Epidendrum Leaves Getting Lighter Female
Default Epidendrum Leaves Getting Lighter

This is my first Epi. It's Epi Pacific Flame 'Fiery Sunset' and I'm looking forward to gorgeous flowers someday!!
The leaves on this plant are turning to a light green with a bit of red edging on some of the leaves. It's growing under T5 lights with the top of the plant about a foot below the bulbs. Is this OK or should I be changing the amount of light?

Thanks for your help.
