Geez! Why'd you have to word it like that?!

I'd like to add that not all rocks have the same chemical composition or properties, it's not freakin' "magical". It's geology.

Sandstone has a high level of silica mixed with other stuff like glass. Calcite is a soft mineral composed of predominantly calcium carbonate.

This is the reason I was thinking about. I'm well aware of the fact that "river rocks" can be granitic or sandstone in nature. Particularly if Fiona is collecting them from her native South Africa. The geology there is predominantly sand, sandstone, and basalt.

What about growing it in straight Leca? (but not S/H)
