Default Need help getting started!

Hi all, I just received these Phals. and the larger one is mystery plant giving at random from the seller. My question is what type of container do I use and what medium and food is best. Well actully any info. will be greatly appreciated, I live in south florida where it will be getting pretty hot soon. After looking at the tag of the larger one it reads Pine River Pink. If that helps.

Sorry I didn't resize pics or preview post here are the pics

I believe Pine River is a Vascostylis, a Vanda-like intergenetic hybrid, not sure of the exact species used though.

Vasco. Pine Rivers (Ascda. Peggy Foo x Rhy. coelestis)
The flower is a beautiful pink...unfortunately, Orchidwiz doesn't allow for copying their pictures

Cultivation:
80% humidity in Summer. Ideally grown in a basket or mounted, with daily watering. May be grown in pots with coarse media. Fertilize weekly, heavily (full dose) while actively growing but less during the cooler months. Common media: coarse fir bark, charcoal, sphagnum moss.

Vasco. Pine Rivers is composed of species of which 100% take high light and 23% take direct sun light. Grow this hybrid in bright indirect light conditions.

Vasco. Pine Rivers is composed of species of which 87% take hot temperatures, 86% take intermediate temperatures, 63% take cool temperatures and 13% take cold temperatures. Grow this hybrid in cool to hot conditions, or 58°F to 85°F at night.

I have all my non-vandaceous plants in either clear pots with slits, or clay pots with slits using Aliflor.
I do have my Asctm ampullaceum in aliflor and it's blooming well right now
