Should airiel roots be left alone? Male

That's a sweet orchid there Bodacious! I totally love the aerial roots, more than the blooms. The first orchid I bought was because of the gnarly root system, and ever since then, I only buy sick or mistreated orchids because I love seeing them put out new roots and take advantage of the better grow conditions I provide.

Parkside Orchids always plant their aerial roots. They wet them first so that they become pliable. They can't afford the roots travelling from one pot to another on the crowded tables. Can you imagine? After a while they would have one big spider web of joined plants!
