Smile Dendrobium phalaenopsis

Hello everybody,

Looking for images of Dendrobium phalaenopsis, I have just find this web and I joined inmediately because I find it fine. Congratulations for all of you.

I am beginner in orchids. I bougth 3 plants from Canary Islands and today I get the first prety pink flower of a Dendrobium phalaenopsis. Other primordial buds from the same plant dried without developing the flower but humidity is high and temperature worm. ¿What is the main cause of stopping the develop of a flower in the Dendrobium phalaenopsis?

Best wishes for this new year,

Miguel
