I would repot if it was mine.

They can generally go two years but if it's still in the original medium you don't know how long it's already been in there and so it's a good idea to repot.

You may not need a larger pot/different pot. Often you can repot in the same pot it's already in, depending on the amount of root growth/death. Unfortunately it can often be difficult to tell until you have taken it out to look.

I'm a bit confused about pot sizes. Apparently I've been informed from several sources, the standard pot size in the UK for Phals sold in supermarkets, garden centers, Ikea etc is 12cm, but I could not find a measurement on any of mine that was 12cm. I bought the 13cm pots from the same website you quote above and they seem pretty big.

I generally repot in the same pot, but I have a stock of the 13cm ones in case one needs to go up to that once I get it out.

I use medium from the website you quote but I've not tried that general purpose mix. I bought seperate bark (in a couple of sizes), Cocunut Husk Chip and perlite from him and I mix them as needed. I have a LOT of the stuff though and for just one Phal a premixed bag is probably better. I've found the stuff I bought from him to be good quality so I would expect that mix to be the same.

Many people say a bloom feed is pointless and you should just stick to a standard balanced feed. I use one because I have it, but I've not really noticed any benefit. I've not tried the Baby Bio feed as it didn't seem to be as balanced as I would have liked, but then the one I am using is not overly balanced either. I would probably stick with what you are using.

Here is the latest pic of my orchid, i still have no sign of a spike, i had her as an easter present last year and wonder if she will spike soon?

It will be fantastic when she decides to send up a spike.

Should i mist the air around the orchid every now and again? the room temp is 64 °F and the humidity is about 49% at the moment.

Your Plant looks Very healthy!!!!!!! Well done for keeping her in such good health! Orchids in health will eventually flower!
So I would just keep on doing what you are doing and be Patient!!!! -keep a look out on the roots.
It should throw out a spike this easter..or maybe later... your growing conditions are not the same as the growers conditions where it came from...so It may take longer.... Judging from your photo you are doing a great job! Just ...keep on doing what you are & be patient!
