Default phalaenopsis leaves with spots

Hi, I am wondering if someone can help me. I have 5 phalaenopsis and only one has markings on its leaves, they are spots. But when I googled them I cant find anythings that matches. I am just worried if something is wrong I will leave it too late to fix it.
I also have another question in relation to the roots in the photo. Does it need to be re potted when they are like this? I checked the garden centre and their plants look like this too.

Thanks for any help or advice.

Hi Nibbler and welcome to the OB.
I wouldn't worry about the roots, next time you repot (when the bark media breaks down) you can deal with the arial roots. I had a purple noid phal that had the same speckles on the leaves. I don't think there is anything wrong, but someone with more experience will chime in soon.

The spotting is normal. Its probably got some Phal schilleriana, Phal stuartiana, or Phal philippinensis in the mix. Don't know how much, don't know which one(s).

The roots are fine. Just repot into a larger pot.

Does the plant have any Phal schilleriana or philippinense in it's background, by any chance? Those species have very prominent patterns in the leaves that can be passed onto their progeny.

I am unsure what the plant actually is. I have included a picture if that helps.

Hej Erce, She is a beauty. What about a fostering programme? Or shared custody? ;-)

That's a peloric isn't it? Deformation of the flower. Some people love it, some don't . By the way, your plant looks very, very healthy!

Thanks Renée, I think you are right and I hope they are very healthy, I am doing my best, trying to follow any advice I find online about their care. I also consider the deformity beautiful.
