Well, I would not cut yours. But this is a climbing species. As it climbs it loses the lower leaves and your left with a long creeping leafless stem. This is great if growing on a totem but if growing in a pot it gets leggy so I just cut the to 1/4 of the plant off and replant it in an open mix. You should need to do that for a very long time.
I personally would keep at least one of the inflorescence with berries. You can tell if they are ripe by gently tugging on a berry. If it comes off with little effort, it's ready. You need to plant them soon since they do not store well at all. To harvest the seeds, I take the berry and squash it on a white piece of typing paper. Let it dry so you can easily remove the pulp from the seed. I then plant in moist long fiber sphagnum in a closed container. Give it some light. They germinate pretty fast.

So today another leaf turned yellow, meaning I have one leaf left, and the two blooms (both are not yet in fruit btw)
I removed the plant from the tank, and cut off al the dead roots. It doesnt have any healthy roots so i put it in a container with hydroballs. I dont know what to do next as I want to keep it in the tank, but i dont know how to mount it at this point since its on the verge of death and is rootless.
Thank you for putting up with my plant crisis

1. Crank up the humidity as high as you can.
2. Cut the spike(s) off. If it hasn't put out fruit yet, it's just gonna keep draining the plant.
These are the two things I'd do if it were my plant.
I don't know how long it takes for the plant to produce berries after pollination, but it doesn't sound like the spikes are going to make it that far.
If those spikes are left on the plant, the chance of that last remaining leaf falling off is very high. Then you're gonna be left with a leafless/rootless rhizome with spikes that are gonna bust leaving you without berries to plant either.
If it were me, I'd get rid of those spikes.
I had to make that similar decision with Cleisocentron merrillianum (it's an orchid). The plant still has roots, but they were nearly destroyed (came that way), which means they're in a weakened state already. The plant is still pretty solid, but the flowering effort could've been better, (many flowers didn't want to open properly). When I pollinated the plant many of the self pollinated flowers were lethargic to react to the pollination (in fact some of the flowers rejected some of the pollina). I don't believe the pollination effort failing was the result of it not being able to self pollinate, not sure yet, but it looks like they're capable of selfing. The leaves started to wrinkle, and some have shriveled a bit. I had a basal kheiki on it, but it died a few days after pollination. Fruiting was very poor, and the spike was on it's way out. I had to cut the spike off prematurely to conserve the plant's energy so that it could recover. Strangely enough, after removing the spike it looks a bit better, but it's very, very subtle.
Look...
Prematurely cutting off flower spikes to help the plant conserve its energy is a tough call, and I was new at it too. But I did it, and I'm glad I did. And if I were pitted in a similar situation again in the future, I'd do it again.
Sometimes, plants will flower and produce seed or fruit as a means of bailout (not always). It depends on the situation. At times this method is successful, but sometimes it isn't.
Don't count on the seeds if they're not there already. Chances are they won't be there for you (actually...more for the plant) if the plant's energy is depleted before it has a chance to set fruit.
Other than that, hope and pray that the increased humidity and the removal of the spikes contributes to it's recovery.
Honestly, this situation doesn't sound good for the plant. Just be prepared...

Okay...
Maybe I went about it the wrong way...
Think about it this way...
Let's say you were in the following scenario:
1. You're in poor health and it's deteriorating fairly fast. Doctors say you've got about a year and three months to live if they can't figure out what's wrong and save you.
2. You're tired already and it's not getting any better as time goes on.
3. You've got a limited amount of money with you and you absolutely need most of it for your medical expenses. Nobody in your family has the ability to help you out financially.
4. You're single without a girlfriend or a fiance.
5. Doctors are trying to figure out what the problem is and cure you asap.
6. You wanna live. I mean you wanna live bad...
Because of your bleak situation, you decide to go out with a bang!
You go out to the nearest club and you manage to hook up with someone who's willing to have a one night stand. She's easy, "looking for a good time" too, and just like that you pick her up.
You guys consent to having the best unprotected sex ever and you do. Knock out!
Now let's say...during the period of nine months the doctors couldn't figure out what's wrong with you. Your health is going south pretty fast now and it's not getting any better. Financially you're in a bit of a pinch because of medical expenses.
The doctors' tests are also taking a toll on you. And I mean in this period of nine months they're tryin'.
After nine months, your one night stand manages to find you and tell you that you got her pregnant. She tells you that she can't afford to pay for prenatal care. She's made the decision to keep the baby for now, but the pregnancy is taking a toll on her health. There's a chance if it gets too bad, she may have an abortion. In the end, she's hoping to stick you with part of the health care bill.
You're basically sitting there in near death and you've got to deal with the stress of this situation.
Meanwhile the doctors have finally found out what's wrong with you, after a few minor mistakes, some heavy testing, heavy duty research, and many tireless stressed filled months later. However, the disease may have taken too much of a toll on you already. They determine that you may have much shorter to live. Maybe a month...two months at best.
However, there's a new procedure that's not very popular that may save you. The procedure has been performed before and it's safe. The doctor performing this procedure is a specialist and he's a total pro, not to mention he's done it before with a decent success rate given the circumstances. It's not a sure fire bet it'll save you, but there's a small chance it will. You'd basically have to break the bank to have it done.
However...
The doctor is in Germany. Not Canada, Mexico, or the US 'cause no one in these three countries is daring enough or good enough to do it. Timing is of the essence 'cause he's a popular doctor and his schedule can book up very quickly (as in within a week).
Not to mention, the procedure involves having something uncomfortable happen to you...
Say...a big needle in the tushsky for anesthetic. And you've got a phobia for needles.
Remember...you gotta think and act fast.
What would you do?
...So...where does the baby figure in all this?
Now...imagine this scenario for your plant.

I dont see how this concerns my question at all.. But i have removes both blooms, and have moved it into a semi hydroponic setup within the same high humidity tank. If it dies it dies, Ill let ecuagenera know the plant was shipped to me with dead roots and see what they think.
