Miltassia "Tolkien"

Hello Guys!

The owner of the store where I buy my orchids has given me a "Tolkien" orchid which is not currently blooming.

I would like to get some advice on this type of plant, what should I expect?? what kind of care does it need?? how could I make it bloom?? etc...

I bet it was named after J.R.R. Tolkien, author of the Lord of the Rings Books.
Never heard of it, hope someone can help out.
