Default potting advice, please

Hello,
Could you tell me what I should do with this orchid, if anything, please? The tag reads: TRCTM (Maureen x Haematochilum) Red Mule Ear Type. I bought it a few months ago and it has grown well since. It is a healthy plant with many new roots. I have been thinking lately about mounting it, but I don't want to do anything to hinder it's good health. Should I:
1.) Leave it as it is?
2.) Repot it in a larger pot now...preferable plastic?
3.) Repot it in a larger pot during active growing, which I gather is Spring/Summer?
4.) Mount it...now or when?
5.) Another option?
I would appreciate your advice,
Vicki

Default my mistake

Shortly after starting this thread, I began to read new threads before it, and saw one started by Bolero that I pasted below. I apologize because I realize the orchid listing I typed in my post was not correct. I don't know how to list properly, so I have another request, please: Would someone point me in a direction where I can learn how to list correctly?
Thanks in advance,
Vicki

Hi guys,

For those of you who don't know, remember to list the genus name starting with a capital letter. Then the hybrid name will start with a capital and a species name will start in lower case.

I notice a lot of people are putting both hybrid names in lower case or both in upper case. I am not the grammar police (clearly!) but I think it's important when you post the name you make sure that it's done properly so we can immediately distinguish between a hybrid and a species.

Have a nice day!
