Dried and split edges on phal leaves Female
Default Dried and split edges on phal leaves

Hi Everyone,

I bought this phal few days ago at a local garden centre. The leaves were already like this when I bought it. (This was the only orchid there that didn't have brown spots on the leaves) Can anybody tell me what's wrong with the leaves/plant? and is there anything I can do?

Thanks!

The leaves look fine to me, shiny and green, no spots, etc. Don't worry about edges of the leaves, they look fine. The 'splits' is something all phals have (I had a look at mine ) and the dried edges is probably a little damage from being grazed against something, no big deal.
So stop worrying and enjoy your new plant!!!
