Default Help with Brassia Arcuigera Longissima

Went to a great orchid show on the weekend and came home with 4 new orchids! One is a little Brassia in a 3" square pot. Looks like it need repotting. The plant is pushed up quite high out of the pot and has lots of roots sticking out! Lots of new growth too! My question is how large of a pot should I put this guy into? Also, is regular orchid bark mix okay to plant him in? It looks like he is in a much finer mix than that now. Also looks like there is moss mixed in with the mix. Thanks in advance for any help!
