Personally I am unfamiliar with the cultural habits of the ghost but this might help. Not to much information about it's cultural habits. Best word of advise would be to do the same as within the wild.

Thanks I found some info. on the net, looks like I picked a hard one to grow. Well I never do anything thats easy

We grew one for quite some time by simply hanging it in a 5 gallon bucket with a gallon or so of water in it. They like stagnant water conditions, and very little air movement. Phalaenopsis light seems to work ok, but I would keep it on the dimmer side. Good luck with it, I hope it does well for you.
