Default to repot or to not repot? dendrobiums and laelia

Have a Dendrobium formosum in what I believe is a 4" pot. the roots hold the medium tight and I can easily pull out the plant from the pot/ time to repot?

I have also a small Laelia anceps in what i believe might be a 2" pot wonder if i should repot. Same fro the young Den nobile whose roots are coming out of the bottom of the pot...
is it ok to repot?
thanks
stefano

For the Den nobile, check the roots to see how many of them are still alive. Remove as much of the dead ones as possible, then repot to a size that corresponds with the size of the root mass.

Laelia anceps can go into the same sized pot. If the bark is deteriorating, then replace the media.

Den formosanum can still be in the same sized pot. Potting media looks like it needs to be changed out.

teh Den formosum was outside next to the D Hamana smile. in the pot/mix it came with. looks like it grew a bit larger.

Will repot monday. was wondering if I shoudl try S-H for the formosum or keep it in bark.and maybe will have to take inside by the end of the month.
