Default spikes? keikis? both?

Hi,
Could someone tell me what these on my noid phal are, please? In the short time that I've been growing, I've only experienced new roots and new leaves on some of my phals.
I would appreciate your help,
Vicki

Spikes! Looks like you're going to have some nice blooms in a few months!

Thanks! You'll certainly see bloom pictures! I know that's gonna be a looooong way down the road, though, so please keep your fingers crossed for me that I can control my patience level. I am really trying to learn not to get impatient and sometimes frustrated about things, and I've found that orchids are very good teachers!
Thanks again,
Vicki

Hi again!
Yep...I decided since I'm gonna have to wait quite some time for blooms, I need to buy a new mini to go in my Exo Terra tank. I had 3 in there, but I moved them out to the greenhouse to see if maybe they would like it better...so, I've got an empty tank. Now, that just won't do. Don't you agree?!?

News flash! I saved the best for last: I was checking my plants this morn., and lo and behold...guess what I found? A THIRD spike on that same orchid. I'm gonna send a pic of it sometime because it seems that each of the three spikes are going in opposite directions. I know I must be positioning the plant wrong, so I want to get everyone's advice.

We'll all be looking forward to seeing your next blooms, too.
Vicki
