Oncidium with brown and yellowing leaves

So one of the main reasons for becoming a member here on OB, would be my Oncidium. I believe it is known as "Twinkle" but I have yet to see it flower. I bought it for $5 on clearance because it was no longer in bloom. It definitely wasn't in the best shape when I brought it home, but now it seems to be developing yellow leaf tips, and brown spotting (almost like my sunburnt Phal. in the background) However, I am confused, there is tons of new growth! Should I be cutting the yellowing, browning leaves off? And if so, should I cut just the spots, or all the way down to the Pseudo?

Help would be much appreciated!
