Try changing out the potting media first. It looks as if it's been in there for a long time.
Fresh media might make it perk up a bit.
If the type of media you have in the pot is working, continue to use that.
It appears that you don't need to move up in pot size. Often times orchids can grow in the same sized pots for years.
Other than that, if you're
misting the leaves, try not doing that. Keep the humidity up instead. 60% to 70% is sufficient enough.
What are the temperatures you're growing them in? They're considered intermediate growers. 55 F to 85 F is good enough of a day/night range.
