Okay...
Right off the bat, the Cattleya's most likely not getting enough light.
Blc's (Brassolaeliocattleyas), are intergeneric hybrids of some of the more light intensive genera of orchids available in the hobby. Namely: Brassavola, Laelia, Cattleya, and possibly Rhyncholaelia (denpending on what the cross is).
The lighting should be bright indirect light.
You're also expecting it to grow way too fast. Cattleyas are fast growing relative to a Phalaenopsis. However, they're not nearly as fast growing as many terrestrial orchids or crabgrass are.
Until I know the temperature and humidity, I can't divulge any more information and recommend a course of action.
They are intermediate to warm growing (60 F to 90 F).
