What's going on with my Phalenopsis

This is so weird...two of the leaves have turned bright yellow (one of them fell off...). The other two look great!

The root system appears to be in good shape too...they are pale green/white and I am watering about once every 7-10 days by simply running water through the plastic container and letting it drain out. It gets a weak solution of fertilizer even other watering.

Also, I think the light is good since it's right next to a Dendrobium, which needs MORE light...and that one is doing great!

Is this just normal death of older leaves?

Thanks!

Yup, it sure does look like old growth dying off! It should fall off on it's own.
