Default Questions about hybrids

Hi to all,
I bought few orchid hybrids to day and they are,
1)LC LOWER CASE
2)LC Attica
3)Catsm.Bound for Glory
4)L.anceps'Ft.Caroline XC.Gail Perri var coeruluea
Can some one tell me whether these hybrids are fake names, because I am unable find the names in wildcatt Orchid software.

They might be too new to be registered. I think if someone were going to sell an orchid with a fake name, it would be one that was recognizable or even "famous".

they're all real names. I don't remember the exact heritage of the first 2.
3 is a cross of Catasetum pileatum and Catasetum Orchidglade.
4 is an unnamed hybrid, but it should be easy to find information on both Laelia anceps and Cattleya Gail Perri.

The Laelia anceps cross is listed on the RHS database as Laeliocattleya Jeff's Southern Cloud. No 3 is as Lambelkip states and the first two are not listed on the RHS database as far as I can see.

There is a Cattleya (syn Laeliocattleya) Atticus as well as a Cattleya (Lc) Aloha Case.

Well Andrew if the plants mentioned in the original post turn out to be those two (and I think they may) congratulations on your thinking.

I may have got the Attica = Atticus eventually but never in a million years would I have thought of Aloha = Lower (But it really does make good sense)
